Here is how it works. Sign up to donate your birthday by filling out the form on the right and we'll send you a BIRTHDAY for a BIRTH(day) Kit. (see below). We call it "birthday in a box" and it includes everything you will need to invite your friends, family and anyone you might know to your party.
Your invitation invites your guests to help you celebrate, have some fun and to come prepared to give a gift to ICU Mobile as your birthday present that will help a baby have a BIRTH(day). You'll have a great birthday party and everyone can feel good knowing that they helped save a life. A baby will live because you gave your birthday for a BIRTH(day)!
